Ivory Coast Will Reduce Size Of Military By 1,000 Soldiers

A government spokesman announced on Wednesday Ivory Coast will reduce its military by nearly 1,000 soldiers by the end of this year in an attempt to rationalize a costly and sometimes unruly army, according to Reuters.
