US Threatens To Take Further Action Against South Sudan

The United States threatened to take additional action against the South Sudan government if it does not halt violence in the country and permit United Nations peacekeepers to do their job — however, U.N. sanctions are not likely to be enforced as Russia warned against it, Reuters reported on Tuesday.
